TOWN OF GANANOQUE – Mayor Erika Demchuk and Council of the Town of Gananoque would like to advise the residents of Gananoque about water service freezing issues within the Town.
Due to the recent extreme cold weather temperatures and increased frost depth, water services may be prone to freezing. To prevent interruption of water supply, residents are encouraged to ensure a tap (basement if possible) is turned on at a flow of a diameter of a pencil or ¼” stream and it is left running until the possibility of freezing has past.
Residents with questions are asked to contact 613-382-2456 during normal business hours or after hours through the Town’s pager service at 613-382-4422.
