Gananoque, ON — (September 23, 2013) The 1000 Island Gananoque Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the launch of their newly designed website, http://www.1000islandsganchamber.com. It is the goal of the Chamber and ultimately this website to serve our members and foster strong professional qualities for companies and their employees. The website is designed to appeal to small businesses and business owners as well as larger companies but primarily to help our members succeed and grow while being at the forefront of the digital shift that the business world is experiencing.

This new site boasts a sleeker and contemporary look. It provides a simplified site navigation layout for quick and intuitive access to essential information for businesses and members of the region. The website highlights not only the Chamber, but the members along with leadership resources and news.

Many useful links can be found on the new site for anyone interesting in relocating to the area or looking for events to attend. Another great feature is the online member directory where you can search for a business alphabetically or by business category. The creation of social media accounts were also added to allow for facilitated communication at the touch of a fingertip. Show support for local businesses and be sure to visit the member directory.

Gananoque Chamber of Commerce

The 1000 Islands Gananoque Chamber of Commerce has the task of promoting business, industry and a sense of community within an area that almost self. The Chamber covers Gananoque and the Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands, including the villages of Seeleys Bay, Lyndhurst, Lansdowne, Rockport and Ivy Lea and all points in between.

The formal object of the 1000 Islands Gananoque Chamber of Commerce is to promote and improve trade and commerce and the cultural, civic and social well-being of the district served by this organization.
